Shipping Policy

File delivery for digital downloads:

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.


My greatest goal is customer satisfaction, with that being said, I am confident in my work and will do everything in my power to help remedy any problem that may occur with your order.


Please contact me within 24 hours of purchase with your order number, if you find an issue (corrupt/missing download/incorrect download/ incorrect order). I will remedy the situation as quickly as possible.


RTP Transfers are made to order. These will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

There is a fee for rush orders to be shipped next day, and also for artwork changes.



We offer custom printing of Heat Press Screen Transfers. These are made to order, and will be shipped out 3-5 business days if artwork is sent in a high resolution RTP file.

Due to holidays and covid, please except delays. For rush or overnight orders contact us directly. (541) 423-2477


For any other custom prints, depending on nature of artwork - Once the file is approved to print, and is paid for... then the files will be shipped.

* No items will be shipped or set for pick up until amount is paid in full.

We do charge a artwork/set up fee along with a rush order fee.



Please be aware that color variants may be somewhat different to the mockups due to resolution on screens or monitors. Different color shirts and a different temperature will bring out colors more than others.   We suggest using a digital laser thermometer to ensure your heat press is not too hot or not hot enough for ALL transfers. ONE time use. 


Please allow 7-10 business for orders to be shipped before contacting us, although we strive to have all orders shipped asap. Due to high demand with USPS, we recommend using UPS for shipping. Halfway 2 Happy Custom Design is not responsible for lost shipping or late arrivals. We do NOT reprint because orders have not arrived on time.  


PLEASE KNOW we are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS DUE TO USPS or UPS.  We strongly suggest you to purchase ROUTE insurance. You would then file a claim to get your money and repurchase.
